Gizlilik Politikası

Bedava Sepeti ("uygulama", "biz") gizliliğinize saygı duyar. Bu politika; mobil uygulamayı, web uygulamasını, API'yi ve destek sayfalarını kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve hangi seçimlere sahip olduğunuzu açıklar.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri: Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptığınızda sağlayıcıya özgü hesap kimliği ile sağlayıcının paylaştığı ad ve e-posta adresi. Apple, e-postanızı gizleme seçeneği sunabilir.
Profil: eklemeyi seçtiğiniz ad, profil fotoğrafı ve konum etiketi.
Konum: izin verdiğinizde yakındaki ilanları göstermek ve harita seçicisini ortalamak için cihazınızın mevcut veya son bilinen koordinatı. Bu koordinat ters coğrafi kodlama için kullanılır; normal keşif akışında hesabınızda yalnızca şehir/ilçe etiketi saklanır.
Paylaştığınız ilanlar: başlık, fotoğraf, şehir/ilçe, seçtiğiniz kesin harita işaretçisi, ilan durumu ve zaman damgaları.
Etkileşimler: favoriler ve kategorileri, sohbetler, mesajlar, okunma durumu, engelleme ilişkileri ve gönderdiğiniz şikâyetler.
Bildirim bilgileri: APNs veya FCM cihaz jetonu, platform, hesabınızla bağlantısı, Rahatsız Etme bitiş zamanı ve Premium hedefleme durumu.
Satın alma ve Premium durumu: mağaza platformu, ürün kimliği, işlem/satın alma referansı, abonelik bitiş ve son doğrulama zamanı ile satın almayı Bedava Sepeti hesabınıza bağlayan rastgele hesap jetonu. Yetkiyi belirlemek için Apple veya Google sunucusuna doğrudan doğrulama yaparız. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almayız.
Cihazda tutulan tercihler: dil, tanıtım akışı, yerel favori önbelleği, bildirim tercihleri ve Premium durum önbelleği.

2. Verileri nasıl kullanırız?

Kimliğinizi doğrulamak, oturumunuzu ve profilinizi yönetmek,
Ücretsiz ilanları aramak, filtrelemek ve yakınınızda göstermek,
ilan paylaşmanıza, favorileri eşitlemenize ve kullanıcılarla mesajlaşmanıza imkân vermek,
bildirim göndermek, Rahatsız Etme ayarını uygulamak ve geçersiz cihaz jetonlarını temizlemek,
şikâyetleri incelemek, engellemeleri uygulamak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hizmeti güvende tutmak,
ücretsiz sürümde reklam göstermek ve Premium avantajlarını uygulamak,
hizmeti işletmek, hataları gidermek ve destek taleplerine yanıt vermek.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Aşağıda açıklanan hizmet sağlayıcılar, ilgili işlevi sunmak için verileri kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işleyebilir.

3. İlanların ve konumun görünürlüğü

sahibinden.com ve letgo.com gibi halka açık kaynaklardan alınan ilanlarda başlık, görsel, fiyat, konum ve kaynak bağlantısı gösterilir. Bedava Sepeti'nde doğrudan paylaştığınız ilanın başlığı, fotoğrafı, konumu, kesin harita işaretçisi ve sınırlı sahip profil bilgileri diğer kullanıcılara açıktır. Ev adresi gibi hassas bir noktayı işaretlememenizi öneririz.

4. Sohbet, güvenlik ve moderasyon

Sohbetler ve mesajlar, alıcı ile ilan sahibi arasında iletişim kurmak için sunucumuzda saklanır. Sohbetler uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Bir sohbeti silmek yalnızca sizin listenizden gizler; karşı tarafın kopyasını silmez ve yeni mesaj sohbeti yeniden gösterebilir. Engelleme, iki kullanıcı arasındaki yeni sohbet etkinliğini durdurur. Şikâyet nedeni ve hedef kimliği moderasyon amacıyla saklanır.

5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Apple ve Google: giriş, App Store/Google Play abonelikleri ve mağaza tarafından yönetilen ödemeler.
Render ve PostgreSQL: API, web sayfaları ve uygulama verilerinin barındırılması.
Apple Push Notification service ve Firebase Cloud Messaging: cihaz bildirimlerinin teslimi.
Google AdMob: Premium olmayan mobil kullanıcılara reklam sunumu, ölçüm ve sahtekârlığı önleme. Google; IP adresi, cihaz/reklam tanımlayıcıları ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi verileri cihaz ayarlarınıza, izninize ve geçerli kurallara göre işleyebilir.
OpenStreetMap, Nominatim ve BigDataCloud: harita döşemeleri ile koordinatların şehir/ilçe metnine çevrilmesi. Google Haritalar'ı açmayı seçerseniz seçili koordinat Google'a iletilir.
Halka açık ilan platformları: kaynak ilanı göstermek ve orijinal sayfaya yönlendirmek.

6. Saklama ve güvenlik

Verileri hizmeti sunmak, güvenliği sağlamak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesap verileri ve mesajlar PostgreSQL'de; fotoğraflar mevcut uygulamada veri tabanında kodlanmış olarak tutulur. Bağlantılar HTTPS, oturumlar imzalı jetonlarla korunur. Hiçbir sistemin tamamen güvenli olduğunu garanti edemeyiz.

7. Seçimleriniz ve verilerin silinmesi

Konum ve bildirim izinlerini cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilir, Rahatsız Etme'yi kullanabilir, ilanlarınızı ve favorilerinizi yönetebilir, kullanıcıları engelleyebilir veya engeli kaldırabilirsiniz.

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil işlemi başarıyla tamamlandığında profiliniz, size ait ilanlar ve bu ilanların fotoğraf/konum işaretçileri, hesabınıza bağlı cihaz jetonları, favoriler, sohbetler/mesajlar, sizin gönderdiğiniz şikâyetler, engelleme ilişkileri ve hesabınızdaki Premium doğrulama kaydı etkin veri tabanından silinir; cihazdaki uygulama tercihleri de temizlenir. Başkalarının oluşturduğu asgari moderasyon kayıtları, güvenlik kayıtları, yedekler veya yasaların gerektirdiği kayıtlar sınırlı bir süre tutulabilir.

Hesap silme, Apple/Google hesabınızı veya mağaza aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Aboneliği ayrıca App Store veya Google Play ayarlarından iptal etmelisiniz. Silme talebi için hello@nizam.work adresine de yazabilirsiniz.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Hizmet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Privacy Policy

Bedava Sepeti ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the mobile app, web app, API, and support pages, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

1. Data we collect

Account details: when you sign in with Apple or Google, the provider-specific account identifier and the name and email address the provider shares. Apple may let you hide your email.
Profile: the name, profile photo, and location label you choose to add.
Location: with permission, your device's current or last-known coordinates are used to show nearby listings and center the map picker. They are sent for reverse geocoding; in the normal discovery flow, only the resulting city/district label is stored with your account.
Listings you share: title, photo, city/district, any precise map pin you choose, listing status, and timestamps.
Interactions: favorites and categories, chats, messages, read state, block relationships, and reports you submit.
Notification information: APNs or FCM device token, platform, account association, Do Not Disturb expiry, and Premium targeting status.
Purchase and Premium status: store platform, product ID, transaction/purchase reference, subscription expiry and last verification time, and a random account token used to bind the purchase to your Bedava Sepeti account. We query Apple or Google directly to determine entitlement. We do not receive your payment-card details.
On-device preferences: language, onboarding state, local favorite cache, notification settings, and cached Premium state.

2. How we use data

To authenticate you and manage your session and profile,
To search, filter, and display free listings near you,
To let you publish listings, sync favorites, and message other users,
To deliver notifications, honor Do Not Disturb, and remove invalid tokens,
To review reports, apply blocks, prevent abuse, and protect the service,
To show ads in the free tier and apply Premium benefits,
To operate, troubleshoot, and support the service.

We do not sell personal data. The service providers below may process data under their own privacy policies to provide the relevant function.

3. Visibility of listings and location

For listings collected from public sources such as sahibinden.com and letgo.com, we display the title, image, price, location, and source link. For a listing you publish directly on Bedava Sepeti, its title, photo, location, precise map pin, and limited owner profile information are visible to other users. Do not pin a sensitive location such as your home address.

4. Chat, safety, and moderation

Chats and messages are stored on our server so buyers and listing owners can communicate. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Deleting a chat hides it only from your list; it does not delete the other participant's copy, and a new message may make it visible again. Blocking prevents new chat activity between the users. A report's reason and target identifier are retained for moderation.

5. Third-party services

Apple and Google: sign-in, App Store/Google Play subscriptions, and store-managed payments.
Render and PostgreSQL: hosting the API, web pages, and app data.
Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging: device notification delivery.
Google AdMob: ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention for non-Premium mobile users. Depending on device settings, consent, and applicable rules, Google may process IP addresses, device/advertising identifiers, and ad interactions.
OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, and BigDataCloud: map tiles and converting coordinates to city/district text. If you choose Open in Google Maps, the selected coordinates are sent to Google.
Public marketplaces: displaying source listings and opening their original pages.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect its security, and meet legal obligations. Account data and messages are held in PostgreSQL; in the current implementation uploaded images are encoded in the database. Connections use HTTPS and sessions use signed tokens. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and deletion

You may disable location and notification permissions in device settings, use Do Not Disturb, manage your listings and favorites, and block or unblock users.

When Settings → Delete Account completes successfully, the active database removes your profile; your listings and their photos/location pins; device tokens linked to your account; favorites; conversations/messages; reports you submitted; block relationships; and the account's Premium verification record. Local app preferences are also cleared. Minimal moderation records created by others, security records, backups, or records required by law may remain for a limited period.

Deleting Bedava Sepeti does not delete your Apple/Google account or cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately in App Store or Google Play settings. You may also request deletion at hello@nizam.work.

8. Children's privacy

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
